STRONG
Let’s make a six week commitment to investing in your health and fitness in a program you can get into.
This program is designed to jump start your fitness journey whether you are at the beginning of establishing a healthier lifestyle or in the process of already doing so. Strength is found not only in achieving our fitness goals but in the determination to work hard to reach them despite the challenges...hence the name STRONG. You'll receive workouts, nutrition information and the advice and support you need to not only adopt healthy habits but stay consistent with them. The goal is to keep things simple and to add on as you learn more about your body and how to help it thrive. I'm excited to join you in your commitment over the next six weeks and look forward to being on this journey together.
Cost for the program is $50 and includes the following:
Two Weekly Workouts via Zoom (Wednesday: 8:00am - 8:30am) (Saturday: 8:30am - 9:30am)
Access to a private Facebook group (advice and support from FitMomATL and peers)
Weekly challenges and informational videos
Nutrition Guide (short guide on how to add healthy habits to your diet)

STRONG: PHASE 2
Give your fitness and nutrition the boost they need to take you beyond your plateau.
Strength is found not only in achieving our fitness goals but in the determination to work hard to reach them despite the challenges...hence the name STRONG. This program is designed to take your fitness to the next level both from workout and nutritional standpoints. Whether you've been through the previous STRONG program or you've already gotten started on your own, the goal of this program is to give you a little boost to help you transition to that next stage of fitness that your body is ready for. In Phase 2 we won't just talk about healthy habits, we will dive deeper into how to pay attention to your body and how it responds to certain foods and exercise. You'll receive workouts, nutrition information and the advice and support you need to push yourself to that next level. The goal is to keep things simple and to add on as you learn more about your body and how to help it thrive. Women of all ages are experiencing the results of this program and you can too! I'm excited to join you in your commitment to yourself over the next six weeks and look forward to being on this journey together.
Cost for the program is $60 and includes the following:
Three Weekly Workouts: Two (2) via Zoom (Wednesday: 8:00am - 8:30am) (Saturday: 8:30am - 9:30am) and one (1) to be done on your own
