Virtual Workouts

Would you like to workout from the comfort of your own home with more then a generic routine to motivate you? How about a recording so that if you miss the class you can get it in on your time? FleX includes virtual workouts for all fitness levels three times a week. We’ve got kickboxing, strength training, banded workouts all designed to keep you moving and burning calories. Workouts will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:00am - 8:30am and Saturdays from 8:30am - 9:30am. Can’t make it? You’ll receive a recording you can download and complete at your convenience. Now that’s a flexible workout plan you can maintain.

Accountability

Get ready for the accountability you need with the flexibility to work within your schedule. FleX members have group challenge activities each month along with monthly check-ins to check their progress and to discuss any tips/changes for the month ahead. Everything you need to keep reaching for your personal health and fitness goals.

If you’d like weekly check-ins upgrade to our premium package. This option gives members to have more one-on-one time with an Accountability Coach that provides assistance with consistent goal setting and check ins.

Community

You have personal fitness goals but you don’t have to go it alone. Not only will you have an online community supporting you you’ll have a fitness coach excited to see you succeed.
